We’re seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll identify, document, and analyze finance processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Finance projects and drive process enhancements. Finance process experience is a must.

What will you be doing as a Business Process Analyst?
- Evaluate current performance and conduct root cause analysis to drive improvements in global finance processes.
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to document and refine existing processes aligned with key focus areas.
- Measure and track process performance, identifying gaps and recommending solutions for optimization.
- Propose and implement process changes, including workflow adjustments, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Lead process improvement projects, monitor their success, and ensure alignment with Global Finance Transformation Goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all process changes and ensure accurate updates.
- Support project charters development and contribute to planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Provide training and support for team members to seamlessly adopt new processes.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts to drive innovation and operational excellence.

- Certifications: Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
