Lead Fiber & Small Cell Network Deployments Across Georgia!

You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of small cell and fiber networks across Georgia, coordinating with contractors to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. The role involves field visits, project design assessments, construction progress tracking, and maintaining accurate daily reports.

What you will be doing as a Construction Manager :

• Oversee small cell and fiber deployment, including site visits, power orders, node outages, and material procurement.
• Review construction drawings, manage purchase orders, and control project budgets.
• Inspect fieldwork, including cable installation and work area restoration.
• Coordinate with contractors, superintendents, and agency personnel.
• Perform quality reviews, verify billing, and take field measurements.
• Recommend changes to plans for cost optimization and field conditions.
• Maintain project records, including daily logs and as-built plans.
• Manage inventory, vendor outfitting, and cable supplies.
• Provide on-site support during major outages and network impacts.
• Conduct strand mapping, make-ready rides, and post-construction inspection
