Field Performance Advisor (FPA) – Telecommunications
Location : Within 50 miles of Ft. Wayne, Indiana
Are you an experienced telecommunications construction professional with a strong background in cellular site development, crew management, and supplier coordination ? We are looking for a Field Performance Advisor (FPA) to drive supplier performance, ensure construction quality, and implement continuous process improvements in site deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct on-site visits to monitor supplier performance, safety compliance, and construction quality.
Analyze site performance metrics (cycle time, JHA compliance, close-out package accuracy, tool utilization).
Identify and address supplier performance gaps, troubleshooting real-time construction and safety issues .
Provide coaching and consultation to suppliers, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure site readiness and quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance site build efficiency and supplier performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster continuous improvement and feedback loops .
What We’re Looking For :
- 7 years of experience in telecommunications construction, site management, and supplier oversight.
- Strong knowledge of telecom construction processes , including civils, L&A, ground, and backhaul work .
- Experience managing and directing general contractor suppliers and site builds.
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations , including OSHA and industry standards.
- OSHA 30-hour certification in telecommunications (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
