Construction Manager – Telecom
Telecommunications Field Manager
Location : Within 50 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio
Are you an experienced telecommunications construction professional with a strong background in cellular site development and crew management? We are looking for a Field Performance Advisor (FPA) to oversee supplier performance, ensure construction quality, and drive continuous improvement in site deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct on-site visits to review supplier performance, ensuring compliance with construction quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Analyze site performance metrics, including cycle time, job hazard assessments (JHA), close-out package accuracy, and tool utilization.
Partner with suppliers to address performance gaps, troubleshoot real-time issues, and implement process improvements.
Support market project teams with site access, customer meetings, and validation of construction drawings.
Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality across multiple markets.
Build strong relationships with suppliers to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For :
- 7 years of experience in telecommunications construction, site management, and supplier oversight.
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes (Civils, L&A, Ground, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).
- Experience managing general contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification in telecommunications (or willingness to obtain).
