What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Fiber) Field data collector position at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company?
Location - South Bend, Indiana
(blowers diggers tripod)- safety equip will be provided
Look for the following Certs: (nice to have ) if not they will be certified before starting w/ the team.
Osha 10 (construction) cert.
Confined Space Cert.
Day to Day: They will be going in and out of manholes T
They will work is in the public right a way
- start by taking the lids off
- taking pictures
- audit the manholes
- document the conduit, the size of the fiber, how many,
Looking for Fiber construction experience!
Location - South Bend Indiana
Payrate: $28-$30/hr.
Fiber Rack experience
Checking labels, ports, racking, how it’s secured- what is coming through and from tracking to long haul into the building
Sun rooms (above ground man holes)
Hours: 7am-3pm or /8am-4pm some OT - all daytime work, no overnight
They will work is in the public right a way
they need field tech (fiber / conduit knowledge)
phone - $150
Milage reimbursed
must walk man hole to manhole- each one is typically 500-1000 feet
this is one location walk to each man hole
This is a Long-term opportunity
