We are seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Project Coordinator to join our team at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company. This is a full-time, on-site position with field visits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day telecom construction operations, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. They will also coordinate with customers and internal teams to optimize workflows and progress.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with engineering teams and contract engineers on utility easements and site designs.
- Manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in fiber optic construction or a similar role.
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
