Job Title : IT Project Manager

Location : Lewisville, Texas

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in client’s technology and telecommunications sector.
This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing complex initiatives while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objective s.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong l eadership, exceptional communication skill s, and expertise in project management methodologies within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with strategic objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules with clear milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate resources across internal and external teams for flawless project execution.

Manage project budgets , track expenses , and ensure adherence to approved cost limits.

Monitor project progress , address risks , and provide regular updates to stakeholders .

Lead project meetings, including status reviews, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.

Foster effective communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Apply project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, based on project needs.

Must-Haves :

5 years of project management experience, ideally within the telecommunications, IT, or technology sectors.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects with high attention to detail and timelines.

Proficient in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall .

Expertise in defining objectives, developing plans, managing risks, and tracking deliverables .

Communication and Leadership : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Strong interpersonal skills for fostering team collaboration and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).

Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts , network infrastructure, and digital transformation.

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.

Nice-to-Haves : Advanced technical knowledge in areas like 5G, IoT, cloud solutions, or network infrastructure.

Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or PMI-ACP ).

Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certifications .

Experience managing large-scale, global projects, particularly in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Understanding of global compliance standards in telecommunications.

Master’s degree in project management, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Office-based role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
