IT Project Manager – Jira & Confluence Administration
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Jira & Jira Service Management Administration – Configure complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, automation, dashboards, and agile boards.
- Business Process Optimization – Gather requirements and propose Jira add-ons/plugins to enhance productivity.
- Advanced Roadmaps & Reporting – Develop Jira-based reports, dashboards (EazyBI), and planning views for stakeholders.
- Confluence & Documentation – Configure Confluence pages, integrate Jira dashboards, and document Jira-related processes.
- Workshops & Training – Conduct Jira/Confluence training sessions on best practices, tools usage, and new features.
- Enterprise Process Enablement – Align and streamline project configurations to standardize workflows across teams.
Top Skills Required:
- Jira Administration & Atlassian Suite expertise (5 years)
- Business Intelligence & Process Optimization
- EazyBI & ScriptRunner Plugin Knowledge (MUST)
- JQL Expertise for Custom Dashboards & Reports
- Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 8 years of professional experience
- 5 years administering Jira/Confluence in enterprise environments
