Join our team as an Assistant-Network I! Provide essential engineering and switch support, assist with equipment logistics, and help streamline operations with strong organizational skills and technical know-how.

What you will be doing as an Assistant Network?
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and handling parts/equipment.
- Provide on-site support, including escorting vendors and answering calls.
- Consolidate reports and inform the field engineering team of relevant updates.
- Assist the network systems group with managing purchase orders, conducting various audits (Directive, Preventive Maintenance, RAVs), and supporting IP vulnerability tasks.
- Perform audits, including Directive, Preventive Maintenance, and RAVs audits.
- Handle KIRKE approval processes and purchase orders.
- Support office operations, including shipping/receiving tasks.
- Provide Netscout support for break/fix issues, disk replacements, RAVs, and Shaper visibility.
- Travel as needed for mobile tasks and IP vulnerability management.
What do you bring to the table as an Assistant Network?
- Familiarity with data manipulation and Excel.
- Telecom experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with internet protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (assistance provided).
- Scheduling, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Teamwork, professionalism, email etiquette, positive energy, and engagement.
- Ability to travel between locations (approx. 60 miles).
