📍 Now Hiring: Network Construction Manager – Houston, TX
📌 Contract Position | Travel Required: Up to 30% (San Antonio, Austin, Louisiana)
We are seeking a Network Construction Manager to support day-to-day fiber network construction operations in the Houston area. This role plays a critical part in managing POs, invoices, fiber splice documentation, vendor communication, and project tracking within the network team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Change Management (CM) requests.
- Review contractor invoices and support project financial tracking.
- Oversee splice package documentation and coordinate with vendors on fiber splicing and billing.
- Provide regular reports on project deliverables, timelines, and variances.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders and field teams.
- Understand small cell and service delivery close-out requirements.
✅ Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fiber network construction or telecom project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, PO/CM handling, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with fiber splicing, construction documentation, and related technologies.
- Must be willing to travel within TX/LA region (approx. 30%).

📅 Shift: 8 hours/day, standard business hours
