We are hiring for Network Engineer in Philadelphia, PA (4 days Onsite)
1 out of 10 days someone would be on call for 24 hours, On avg 2 a day
Key Skills:
- Strong Linux knowledge, with expertise in command line usage
- Networking experience, specifically with routers and switching
- Automation experience, familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting
- Python scripting (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot devices late-night, collaborating with field techs for escalation, configuration, and deployment
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana (log analysis and query writing)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot devices and escalate from the field
- Configure and deploy devices, mainly Linux-based
- Work with thousands of devices, ensuring smooth operation
- Develop automation checks and scripts when needed
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, Prometheus
- Familiarity with APIs and automation tools
