Network Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions for Real Estate Macro Modification projects, including project issues, risks, and overall completion status.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality written and oral reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Provide management with regular project status updates, feedback, and detailed reports on key process objectives.
• Create and manage dashboards to monitor Real Estate program data, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Specialists to support project delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Effectively manage vendors and oversee project execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or training is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of experience in a related field.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience creating charts, project reports, and dashboards.

Desired Skills:

• Background in Real Estate, including experience working with Specialists and vendors.
• Strong financial acumen with experience processing purchase orders and generating reports.
• Experience in property management and lease renewals.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP and Agile certifications preferred.
