Access Network Development (A.N.D.) team is searching for an impactful Program Manager III to lead our In-building/Venue program at a national level. We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in network development and the deployment of network build programs, specifically in-building solutions.
This role serves as the central point of contact and is responsible for planning, coordinating, presenting, executing, and controlling development and deployment initiatives initiated at the National, Region, or Market levels. Consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, contract management, pricing, and process improvements is paramount.
The Program Manager should be adept with all aspects of the site acquisition, zoning, and construction processes, and comfortable using tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will coordinate all development efforts with Technology, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders — team collaboration skills are essential. Familiarity with MagentaBuilt is key. At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
