Project Manager III - Marketing Operations
Location: Overland Park, KS (On-site)

We are seeking a Project Manager III to join our team in Overland Park, KS for a full-time contract position to oversee the delivery of key marketing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex marketing projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and document processes for standard programs and internal projects.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders, providing regular updates, presentations, and reports.
- Prepare and manage project-related documentation and ensure all information is stored in relevant systems.
- Proactively identify issues and challenges and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in B2B and partner marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with experience managing project budgets and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with external partners and stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, but not required.
