Looking for a Disconnect Engineer in Rolling Meadows, IL to ensure Accurate Tracking & Seamless Transition for Lit & Dark Fiber Connections.
Must have FUZE PM experience.
No VISA, No C2C or third-party candidates
What will you be doing as a Disconnect Engineer?
- Manage circuit disconnects for lit and dark fiber circuits.
- You’ll need to ensure database integrity , making sure circuits are accurately tracked and removed from active status once disconnected.
- Work with third-party vendors to submit disconnect orders and follow up to confirm dates.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records in Canvas (required) and FUZE (PM database). Ensure all circuit and billing data is up-to-date and reflects the correct status (especially ensuring unused circuits are disconnected and no longer being billed)
