We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Specialist III to support the macro relocation in Southern California. This role requires a strong background in macro relocations and SoCal real estate .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute macro relocation projects
- Solve complex leasing issues and negotiate agreements
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives
- Analyze and manage data using advanced Excel skills
- MUST HAVE macro relocation experience
- Strong knowledge of Southern California real estate
- Ability to work in-office three days per week
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leasing and contract negotiations
