- Targeted Experience: 5-7 years of experience
- Essential Experience:
- Ericsson Design Experience – Must have recent hands-on experience with Ericsson systems, as this is crucial for the role.
- Verizon Past Experience – Candidate must have prior experience working with Verizon.
- RF Design & Optimization: Must have experience in RF design, especially using ATOLL.
