Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and reporting total Cash Flow. You will collaborate across various teams, including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Treasury, and Tax, while overseeing complex models and leading process improvements. You'll drive insights through business performance analysis, forecasting, and executive reviews for business plans, actuals, and KPIs. Additionally, you will assess capital requirements, recommend capital allocation strategies, and be a key decision-maker for executive leadership.
What will you be doing as an Accountant?
- Lead development and communication of financial forecasts, business plans, and executive reviews.
- Analyze business results and provide actionable insights for financial planning.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on business performance and guide decision-making processes.
- Evaluate and address financial trends, budget variances, and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize financial processes.
- Manage capital planning and assess business investments to ensure optimal allocation.
What do you bring to the table as an Accountant?
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields.
- Project management expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cash flow experience
- Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in technology/telecommunications and professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA).
