In-Building CX Manager
We are seeking an In-Building CX Manager with a strong background in in-building infrastructure and large venue experience . This role requires travel and is responsible for overseeing all civil works, ensuring quality management, and maintaining financial control through scheduling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee civil works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local and federal regulations .
- Manage service providers (SP / ASP) to ensure adherence to project guidelines and specifications.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings, providing technical support when needed.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with workplace safety guidelines .
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues .
- Perform site pre-inspections, verification, and post-construction audits .
- Maintain accurate progress reports and provide updates to project management.
- Supervise and guide service providers, vendors, and suppliers .
- Ensure only approved materials are used in the project.
