**Must have recent, full SAQ experience on AT&T.
**Should have experience working with Irvine and LA jurisdictions/municipalities.
**Must be local and willing to work on-site (3 days in office, 2 remote).
Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on given projects, from propagation model and RF design to acceptance of the NTP. They must ensure that all service providers adhere to company processes and procedures, measure progress against baselines, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Interfaces:
- External: ASP principals or leads, Customer SA.
- Internal: IM, CPM.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work with service providers and other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group.
- Manage all site acquisition activities, including but not limited to:
- Site file audit
- RFDS review and comment
- SOW review or preparation assistance
- Coordination of A&E and/or design services
- Evaluation of engineering requirements (assessment or analysis required)
- Coordination and preparation of submittal documents (LL and regulatory)
- LL notification (preparation, submittal, and tracking to LL acknowledgment of receipt)
- LL consent (preparation, document submittal, and tracking to LL acknowledgment of consent)
- Regulatory approval up to and including zoning and BP or EP submission and approval
- Identifying and managing all work required to complete and acquire NTP
- NTP handoff to the service delivery team
- LL or regulatory agency assistance to civil work and installation teams, including site access, design modification negotiation, and approvals
- Monitor service providers’ activities and ensure contract requirements, specifications, and milestones for site acquisition are met.
- Address site acquisition challenges encountered by service providers.
- Ensure agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.
- Prepare regular daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings.
- Maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives and all disciplines involved in the project.
- Coordinate activities to ensure that all disciplines directly involved in the project align with project goals and objectives.
- After the baseline is supplied by the CPM, measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain proper records of all site acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Job-related experience with site builds of over 200 sites.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field OR one of the following:
- Registered PE
- Real estate licensed professional
- Law degree
- Certified legal practitioner
- Reports to SA3 (Lead) or IM Lead.
