Position Title: Site Development Manager
Location: Alabama (Remote with possible travel to market offices)
Job Description:
The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, and support for site development activities, including:
Site Acquisition: Overseeing real estate, leasing, and zoning activities.
Construction Design & Compliance: Ensuring construction quality standards and site compliance.
External Affairs: Managing communications and liaising with stakeholders.
The role involves ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of site development activities and maintaining consistency in processes, reporting, data integrity, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with T-Mobile Project Managers and team members to manage large-scale buildouts.
- Oversee leasing and site development tasks, supporting engineering, site development, and soft cost/area teams.
- Liaise with RF teams, site acquisition professionals, construction teams, and landlords to resolve action items.
- Ensure effective use of T-Mobile databases like Magentabuilt, Siterra, or equivalent systems.
Experience:
- Recent telecom experience in site development, specifically leasing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with T-Mobile databases (Magentabuilt, Siterra, or equivalents).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
Additional Details: Travel: May require occasional travel to market offices.
Driving Requirement: Not required.
