Telecom Field Technician - CA or MA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Field Technician - Fresno, CA or Norton, MA

Summary :

The primary responsibilities for this position is the understanding of Site Construction (site walks, installation, & acceptance), Commissioning and Integration and the ability to troubleshooting hardware / software systems.

Responsibilities :

• Targeted Years of Experience : 3-5 years. Responsibilities : bull Responsible for the proper operation of a large group of Network Elements.
• Duties in support of interdepartmental objectives to support the activation of new sites and integration of network hardware and interconnect facilities.
• Other responsibilities include testing OTDR
• Preventative Maintenance Alarm / Tower Light Testing RMA / Inventory Handling Compliance Inspection MUST HAVE SKILLS Most Important : Prior Cell site Operation Administration and Maintenance experience. Fiber acceptance testing and troubleshooting OTDR.
• DESIRED SKILLS : Nokia and Ciena Router skills 5G 4G Network Basic EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS : Please indicate whether education and / or certifications are required or desired.
