Duties
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding their benefits options and assist with enrollment processes.
- Negotiate contracts with benefit providers to secure favorable terms for the organization and its employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
- Conduct employee evaluations related to benefits usage and satisfaction, providing insights for improvements.
- Utilize systems such as Workday and ADP for benefits management and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate benefits information into Salesforce for streamlined access.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Experience
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday, ADP, Salesforce, or similar HR systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws as they pertain to employee benefits.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts with benefit providers.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations related to benefits programs is a plus.
