We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing talented team. The ideal candidate will be required to manage the solution requirements, implementation, deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business end-users and technology teams.
- Understand business and system requirements based on product needs, documenting them in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed documentation, including scope of work, business requirements, system requirements, system workflows, user guides, and other relevant materials as needed for the product.
- Develop wireframes, data mapping, ETL workflows, sitemaps, and system requirements (including non-functional requirements) for the product.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to provide product improvement solutions.
- Translate system requirements for the development team, ensure alignment during development, and validate that all work meets specified requirements.
- Assist in preparing and delivering end-user documents, training materials, technical documentation, and user demonstrations.
- Manage release processes by facilitating impact analysis, gap analysis, and necessary plan modifications.
- Write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate product performance and functionality.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders, including management, business development, and project management teams.
- Ensure active team participation during planning meetings, particularly during requirements discussions and scope definition.
- Respond promptly to technical queries from business users and address their concerns effectively.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in requirements gathering and agile project management.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma or Life Science industries is a must.
- Prior experience managing AI projects is an advantage.
- Experience working in startups is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Scrum Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and associated interchange formats is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-learning attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with offshore development teams is an advantage.
- Strong aptitude for analytics and problem-solving, along with outstanding communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
