Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities.
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations as needed.
- Carry out residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Attend to landscaping to maintain and enhance curb appeal.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or staff, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
