Business Development Account Executive

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our client base.
• Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
• Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
• Knowledge of the office supply, office furniture, janitorial & sanitation or other facility operations is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel as a tool to establish new accounts and support existing relationships.
