CAD Designer
What we’re looking for :
NextGen Security is seeking a CAD Designer to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. This will be a hybrid role supporting both the CAD Department and the Pre-Sales Design Department.
What you’ll be doing :
- CAD Department (75%) : This individual will work closely with the CAD Manager, System Designers, Account Managers, and Project Managers to create high-quality, detailed 2D drawings for various clients, ensuring that drawings are accurate and comply with company CAD Standards.
- Pre-Sales Design Department (25%) : This individual will assist the System Designers in the design of fully integrated security solutions. This will involve researching products, generating system overview drawings, and conducting site visits with System Designers to generate documentation and assist sales in the end-user proposal presentations as needed.
