- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform solutions and practical experience in developing and implementing effective strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical solution architect, leveraging SailPoint architectural strength to design practical, effective solutions that enhance system functionality.
- Work directly with internal teams and SailPoint vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
- Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Thought leadership and best practices for SailPoint implementations and change management.
- Facilitate training and KT
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and analyze current workflows and processes related to SailPoint.
- Work directly with SailPoint vendors to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
- Serve as a technical solution architect," leveraging SailPoint architectural strength to design practical, effective solutions that enhance system functionality.
- Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and efficiency of SailPoint operations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices for SailPoint implementations, guiding teams through change management.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower team members in utilizing SailPoint effectively.
- Identify opportunities to simply architecture as well as workflows to enhance user experience and enable rapid innovation in workforce IAM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a focus on SailPoint.
- Strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to create optimized solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to solution development.
- Hands on experience debugging platform issues related to scalability & reliability
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications in SailPoint or related identity management solutions.
- Track record of successful project delivery and measurable outcomes in SailPoint environments.
