Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Compliance & Oversight: Ensure adherence to all state and federal real estate laws, policies, and ethical standards.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, attract top talent, and build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to agents to enhance their productivity and professional development.
• Transaction Oversight: Review and approve real estate transactions, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and provide strategic guidance to agents to adapt to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Real Estate Broker license (required).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of real estate brokerage or management experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and compliance standards in Tennessee.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt new tools and systems.
• Passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
