About the Role:
As an IT Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our company's IT project documentation through Change Management (CM). You will be responsible for managing the configuration of hardware and software systems, ensuring that they are properly documented, requested, and maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in IT configuration management
- Experience with configuration management frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration of hardware and software systems
- Ensure that all IT systems are properly documented, requested, and maintained
- Manage change configuration processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
