Job Summary:
Identifies ideal properties for the construction of wireless communications towers, and/or colocation opportunities for wireless installations. Submits candidate information packages to management and initiates and handles lease negotiations with selected property owners. Provides weekly progress updates to management as necessary.
Essential Functions

- Developing/managing relationships with local municipalities, landowners, property developers, and tower owners.
- Identify and coordinate with property owners to gain authority to enter into legal agreements for the installation of a wireless communication facility
- Negotiate cost effective leases, and/or easement agreements with identified property owners
- Drive search rings to identify and qualify the best available properties for antenna installation sites; create detailed reports on viable locations.
- Coordinate with various personnel to ensure sites meet engineering and construction requirements
- Acts as a liaison between the client and internal leadership in order to clearly communicate the status of a project to all parties
- Update and maintain internal and client databases with project related information
- Occasionally visit job sites
- Occasionally go to city council meetings and the like
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in Excel, Word and Outlook

Work Environment/Hazards:
- Working conditions consist of inside an office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- High level of interaction with external/internal clients
- Working condition can also be outdoors when visiting sites
- Outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind
Physical Demands:
- The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 20 lbs.
- This position may involve occasionally operating a motor-vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.

- Overtime as needed
Travel Requirements:
- Moderate travel (<40%) is expected in association with performing this position.
- Occasional overnight stays required
