Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of mobile lithotripsy operations, including equipment logistics, technician scheduling, and service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors, hospital partners, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service integration.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure proper training, certification, and compliance for all team members, including healthcare and equipment operators.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure operations comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards in patient care and equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to address audits, inspections, and regulatory updates.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Technology and Equipment Management
- Collaborate with the biomedical team to ensure maintenance, calibration, and functionality of mobile lithotripsy equipment.
- Implement technology solutions to improve scheduling, data management, and reporting.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing medical services or similar operations is highly desirable.
- Skills:
