Requirements
- 5 years of full accounting cycle experience, including month and year end close and accounts payable/receivable.
- Experience in grants management, distinct from general non-profit accounting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting general ledgers.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and practices.
- Emotional intelligence/open communication
- Management experience/must be a strong leader.
- MS Excel Skills (advanced-level required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
