Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing financial strategies that support business growth.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and capital raising.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cultural fluency and experience navigating global financial operations, with mandatory expertise in the US and Switzerland to craft cohesive and effective financial strategies.
