Requirements
- At least 3 years of database administration experience with SQL Server (query tuning, indexing, replication, JSON/XML storage).
- AWS expertise (RDS, EC2-hosted SQL Server, Multi-AZ failover) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Experience with AI-driven optimization (Amazon Q, SQL Server Intelligent Query Processing, AWS AI analytics).
- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker) and AI-enhanced BI tools (Power BI AI Insights, AWS QuickSight ML).
- Knowledge of C2 Auditing (HIPAA/HITRUST), Agile methodologies, and SQL Server on Windows Server 2022.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Manage cloud and hybrid database systems, focusing on security, performance, and data integrity.
- Implement secure data storage solutions and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead technical initiatives and optimize database architectures.
- Develop strategies for data tagging and classification.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data accessibility and reliability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to support team growth and development.
