Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on low voltage systems in multifamily residential and commercial projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (such as Accubid, ConEst, or similar) and strong knowledge of electrical and low voltage systems.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Project Management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar are a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
