Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product management, supplier sourcing, or merchandising within the outdoor apparel industry.
- Strong network of global suppliers and manufacturers in performance wear.
- Experience managing end-to-end product development from concept to production.
- Proficiency in cost negotiation, quality control, and production timelines.
- Knowledge of hunting, fishing, rodeo, or outdoor recreation lifestyle markets is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with fabric technology, garment construction, and sustainability practices in apparel.
- Experience in the subscription box industry is a PLUS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
