Requirements
- 8 years in software sales with atleast 2 years experience in a leadership or player coach type role
- Excellent track record of exceeding quotas and/or leading high performing teams which exceed quotas
- Excellent communication, able to be proactive and requires little to no handholding in prospecting, client discovery, pricing, closing
- Able to travel (20% or less). Travel can be to trade shows and or client meetings
- Strong experience coaching other sales reps in discovery, QBRs, monitoring quotas, building pricing and proposals
- Strongly prefer candidates with experience selling public safety software
