Requirements
- 5 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record in Salesforce configuration, report building, and automation (preferably within a marketing and/or sales environment).
- Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, and customer journey design using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (especially Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio).
- Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of customer data segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
