Requirements
- 15-20 years in construction estimating with a proven track record of building client relationships and leading business development efforts.
- High level construction Projects $50M-$100M
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate the science behind estimating, including differences in costs and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading large-scale pursuits and managing estimating teams.
- In-depth knowledge of various delivery methods (hard bid, GMP, design-build).
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor junior estimators and indirect reports.
