SALARY: $110-$160K bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements
- 8 years of extensive experience in AR billings and collections leadership out of mid-to-large company with multiple divisions
- Proven ability to create and implement a playbook to align teams around AR best practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Strong experience working with and optimizing Netsuite to manage AR billing and collections is a MUST.
- A proactive problem-solver with a knack for engaging internal resources and building cross-functional relationships to improve processes, SLA adherence, and follow-up.
- Must be comfortable with technology and eager to explore new tools such as AI and platforms that can enhance AR performance and streamline operations.
