Requirements
- Experience in transitions of advisors from one company to another, incorporating all aspects of asset transfers and advisor onboarding.
- Proven experience in project management, client service, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Wealth Management experience would be ideal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment as a strategic leader.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and financial planning software.
- 40-50% of traveling is required.
