Requirements
- 10 years in financial management roles with a proven track record and progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Credit Union or Banking experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- The ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
