The Diesel Technician is a skilled position that is responsible for repairing and maintaining our customer's medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks.
As a Diesel Technician, you are a valued member of our team, performing :
- Accurate diagnosis and essential repair of commercial vehicle transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, driveshafts, axles, engines, etc.
- Disassembly and re-assembly of various parts, components, and systems.
- Quality and cost-effective preventive maintenance
- Effective communication with the parts department and the service advisor
- Writing detailed work notes and documentation of all work performed
- Safe movement of trucks / equipment to / from shop and yard area
Preferred Candidates have the following :
Compensation : $20 - $26 / hour
