As a Parts Expeditor, you are a valued member of our team, performing:
- Checks in parts and reconciles receiving checklist to packing slip to ensure all parts and quantities are received and pricing is accurate.
- Prepares parts for sale and verifies dealer net price.
- Stocks inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
- Processes, files and codes all rebates monthly.
- Reviews and codes invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy.
- Ships parts to assigned locations.
- Completes purchase orders for parts; verifies all prices before parts are received and posted.
- Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior parts experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma, College or Technical training preferred
