JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly skilled RT-CDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform) Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining customer data solutions that drive personalized, real-time customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of customer data platforms, and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain CDP Solutions: Design and implement real-time customer data solutions using leading CDP platforms (e.g., Salesforce CDP, Segment, Adobe Experience Platform).
- Data Integration: Work with various data sources (web, mobile, CRM, etc.) to ingest, process, and unify customer data in real time.
- Personalization and Activation: Configure data pipelines for real-time activation to marketing platforms, ensuring seamless customer journey execution.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with marketing, product, and data science teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize CDP infrastructure and workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all data handling complies with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Adobe).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in implementing RT-CDP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with real-time data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in relevant CDP platforms.
