PURPOSE:
Provide Additional Engineering Support to the Identity and Access Management Team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of this role will be supporting Client Identity and Access Management Platform. This will include day to day support, and limited project work associated with enhancements in the system.
Review, Triage, Troubleshoot and Resolve incidents associated with Client Identity Platform
Identify, Track and Resolve problems associated with Identity Incidents
Onboard Applications into Client Identity Platform, this includes setting up apps in Omada and Entra ID.
Assist in implementation of Role based access controls
Write technical documentation for Clients Global Technical Support Team
Support Sr. Engineers and Architects in limited project work
Monitor Identity Platform Health
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience with identity platforms such as Omada, Sailpoint, Savient, and Microsoft Identity Manager.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory.
Experience in implementing and managing Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
Familiarity with conducting User Access Reviews.
Proficiency in using the ServiceNow platform for ticketing and incident management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred
Certifications in relevant identity management platforms.
Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
