Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Adobe Experience Cloud - Adobe Analytics team to work with our prestigious clients to deliver critical Adobe Analytics related work. Sr.BA responsibilities include managing and leading the technical team to complete, test and deliver Adobe Analytics related requests from our diversified customer teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the business aspects of digital analytics, knowhow of how the implementation would be delivered for a large enterprise with multiple sites and mobile apps. A high business acumen, strong written and verbal communication and exceptional business analyses are imperative. Responsibilities : Manage and deliver the digital analytics tagging / analysis priorities in weekly / monthly sprints for NextRow's top customers
- Perform business analysis on web data and mobile data to come up with business insights, optimization roadmaps and implementation optimization roadmaps
- Run the daily / weekly scrum calls / sprint grooming calls and get a holistic understanding of the implementation landscape
- Manage the delivery by working with a cross functional team of technical consultants, web / mobile developers, QA and junior BAs
- Have a client first mindset and a solid understanding of web analytics and mobile analytics concepts
- Conduct and participate in UAT / Reports testing for the new analytics solutions Assess and prioritize new requests
- Lead junior development teams from offshore & work in an onshore offshore model Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions Technical Requirements : 6 years of prior experience as a business consultant or consultant in Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics or any web analytics practice
- Hands on knowledge on business analysis and data analysis using Adobe Report Builder, Analysis Workspace and other BI tools
- Good problem-solving skills, client management and strong communication skills
- Good grasp of collaboration tools like Jira / Confluence is highly desirable
- Prior experience with healthcare vertical or experience with large, global customers is highly desirable (should have managed at least 20 sites)
- Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner certified candidates (current and not expired) would be given special consideration
- Prior experience as technical consultant would add more brownie points
- BSc or BE / BS in Computer Science, relevant field or MBA with engineering background or digital analytics background
