Deployment and Configuration Lead

Job Description:

As the Deployment and Configuration Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight for the deployment and configuration of PC and server hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems. This role involves planning, executing, and defining system and operational policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Product Testing and Configuration Team to ensure high standards and optimal end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, firmware, and operating systems.
• Define and implement system and operational policies and procedures.
• Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience and take corrective actions.
• Test functionality of computer systems and components through manual testing and diagnostic utilities.
• Evaluate new hardware and software systems and make sound recommendations.
• Manage, maintain, follow, and update authorized product services workflows, ensuring they meet our Technology Solutions Quality standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving, defect prevention, and workflow innovation.
• Understand and execute complex instructions independently.
• Act as a customer-facing Technology Solutions representative for troubleshooting, updates, and queries requiring customer interaction.
• Troubleshoot imaging problems, recommend fixes, and adjust documentation as necessary.
• Evaluate and enhance toolsets used in the day-to-day operations of the MCC.
• Lead imaging projects and serve as the primary point of contact for the internal Technology Solutions team.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, helping them develop as Imaging Technicians.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Strong understanding of system and operational policies and procedures.

Pay Ragne: $22-$24/hr DOE
