- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
- 7 years of experience managing an accounting function for a medium to large size company
- Ability to oversee general accounting, financial controls, and operational accounting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Financial Services industry is strongly preferred
- Advanced QuickBooks Online, Paycor, and MS Office Suite are required
